You knew that many of us missed certain stations during our growth, so after the rolling/embrional, we probably started climbing, so we missed the crawling. In this way, we can have basic coordination difficulties, such as mixing the right and left sides... etc.
Nia 5 Stages®, 5 stations/sections is an integration exercise that takes you through the five stages of human development (embrional, crawling, climbing, straightening and walking).
It leads to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual unity. Move on to meditation.
The practice of Nia 5 is like a reset button, helps the physical-spirit OPTIMAL function and allows the body to naturally regain balance and strength.
